Kelly was our realtor for when we were selling our home. This was a pcs move for us so it can get difficult. Kelly was there to answer all of our questions at any given time and always gave us honest feedback. She helped us on so many different levels and always went above and beyond. Highly recommend Kelly! As a military family moving to an area that we had never been to we wanted someone that would understand our situation and lifestyle. She listened to our wants and never pushed homes on us that didn’t meet our needs. She was quick to respond and was more than helpful. She is knowledgeable about the area and the trends and will give advice on putting forward an offer that will be competitive but still in your comfort zone. Having a husband in the military and living the military lifestyle is not for the faint of heart. You would think you’d get used to picking up and moving after doing it a few times. Most do not. Moving can be so stressful all on it’s own but of course for my family we had so many additional stressors of adding in a newborn one month before moving, having a toddler who is going through it all, finding out a family member has cancer and making a trip in between it all to see them, and all the little things life constantly throws at you on the daily.
Working with Kelly made the entire process of selling our house so incredibly easy! Kelly understands people to the best of her abilities and gives her all to help where she can. She did everything in her power to have us not lift a finger! From everything that goes into selling the house, to helping us take the photos and make it look picture perfect, all the way to holding on to some items for us to give to a friend since we didn’t have the time or vehicle to do it ourselves. This and more was all done by Kelly in the most professional kind hearted way another human can help a family going through so much.

Kelly works hard for her clients. She got us an amazing price for our home, helped with everything she could, was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions when we were confused, and communicated the whole process to us every step of the way.
