Firstly, Kelly has an amazing personality, she’s very optimistic and always responds to our queries promptly. She knows a lot about the DuPont area, she was able to tell us about the neighborhood and what it has to offer, while giving us an insight into what the HOA covers. She’s very helpful, we definitely felt like she had our best interest at heart. Even though we have closed, the relationship we have with her is still intact, she’s willing to help us out with the move and anything else we need assistance with. We are out of state, but she made the process very transparent, from the initial walkthrough to the final walkthrough. She had good advice on the negotiation process and made sure we were in a good position at all times. This is our first military move and we’re happy to have the opportunity to work with Kelly on our home buying journey!

I whole heartedly recommend Kelly Barron and PCS Home group!! She went above and beyond and saved us from a nightmare. Me and my husband were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Ms. Kelly Barron was professional and personal! Ms Kelly is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about her clients. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker etc. Kelly was always available to answer our questions and to show us the house any time we asked for. This made it really easy to move into our new townhouse in Seattle in a month! Would totally work with her again!

Kelly is the best realtor I have ever met. We just had the pleasure of working with her to buy our first home!
