Testimonials

Knowledgeable, tireless, and thorough. I could use a lot of fantastic words to describe Kelly and her team but I’ll stick with these for know. Kelly knows the market, she knows how to make deals, and she knows what right looks like. But most importantly she makes sure she knows what you are looking for. Her attention to you as a client means she knows how to help guide you to a perfect match. This is especially beneficial when you are looking for a home while in a different part of the country. Kelly never stops working for you. Even on weekends and time she should be resting she is working to help you find a great home. Nothing is going to get past her because she is constantly on the job. Even after she is done selling you a wonderful home she is going to help make sure your move into the home is fantastic as well. And she is thorough. She looks into all the details, thinks about all the issues, and provides all the recommendations needed. To the point where she isn’t trying to sell you simply the best home. She’s trying to sell you the best home for you. Making sure you are thinking about things you never thought to question before. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough and you will not regret giving her a call for anything home related.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kelly, and I can confidently say that she exceeded all of my expectations! Referred to me by a trusted friend, Cindy, proved to be an exceptional choice.

From our first meeting, it was clear that she genuinely cares for her clients! After deciding to make my home a rental, she came by last Saturday to discuss the process, provide valuable insights and take photos of my home. I was amazed on how quickly she moved, and 10 days later (today) we have a signed contract for renters.

I can confidently say she personalized and tailored the process just for me! Grateful and thankful you’ve made it seem so easy and seamless. Thank you Kelly!

We are first time home buyers and didn’t have detailed knowledge of the home buying process. Kelly took the time to explain everything and was always available to answer questions. We PCSed from a different location and she took time to walk through many houses, take videos and ask the questions we were not there to ask in person. If I could give her 10 stars I absolutely would. She helped us find our perfect house and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to work with Kelly! You will not be disappointed!

Kelly is phenomenal. Kelly has answered every text and email right away, easing the transition between living in my home to successfully renting it. PCSing is stressful enough. She came to my home, took pictures, listed it, and within hours I had new tenants ready to move in. She’s made it possible for me to worry about the road ahead and not the one I’m leaving behind.

Kelly was incredible in helping us buy our new home. We were buying from out of state and had no knowledge of the area. Kelly helped us by doing video tours and giving us honest opinions of the properties when we couldn't be there in person. Thanks to her expertise, we found the perfect place in a wonderful neighborhood. She even continued to check on the property and offer assistance while we were still relocating after the closing date.

She friendly very communicative and answers all questions that you may have she is also very flexible I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a home
